Return & Refund Conditions
We stand by the high quality of our products and offer free return & full refund for quality-related issues within 30 days from receiving the order.
If you are not satisfied with our product for other reasons, please also contact us within 30 days from receiving the order and return the product in its original packaging and in a condition that does not affect its secondary sale. We will provide a full refund upon the receipt of the product.

Return Process
- Initiating a return: Please contact us at info@minoanhomey.com with product photos or videos together with your order ID. If your order is eligible for the return & refund, we will send you a return label via email within 2 working days.
- Returning the product: After receiving the return label, please print and paste it on the product, and then return the product in its original packaging within 14 working days through our provided courier service such as FedEx, UPS.
- Awaiting for the full refund or the replacement: Once we receive the product, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement within 2 working days. If a replacement is shipped, we will provide the tracking ID via email.
Return Shipping Fee
The customer return is exempt from the return shipping fee if the customer uses the return shipping label provided by our customer service team.
Handling Charge
There is no additional handling charge for customer returns.
Refund Period
Once we receive the returned product, your payment for the order will be fully refunded within 2 working days. We will notify you via email once the refund is initiated.
For most payment methods, refunds will be received within 2 working days after the initiation. However, for some banks or credit card companies, it may take additional few days to process refunds. If you haven’t received the refund within 5 working days, please contact us via info@minoanhomey.com.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@minoanhomey.com if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
