We currently only ship to the US (except the US affiliated islands).
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Free shippings are only available to the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other minor outlying islands).
For shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other minor outlying islands, please contact our customer service before making the purchase.
All orders will be shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, US.
Order Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
You will receive an email containing the tracking ID when your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email containing your tracking ID afre your order is dispatched.
To track your order, please vist : FedEx Tracking, UPS Tracking using the tracking ID provided.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@minoanhomey.com. We will contact the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@minoanhomey.com if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
Order cancellations after shipment
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please contact us to obtain a return label. Use the label to return the order to us, and we will issue a full refund within 3 days after we receive the product
Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification
Since we use a third-party verification system, we need to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. While it’s a rare occurrence, some orders may require additional processing time to resolve potential issues with fraud. Our team will notify you as soon as the issues are resolved.
